In order to make sure we never darken your door again, please put the email address that we have emailed you to in the box above and press the UNSUBSCRIBE button. Please ensure there are no spaces included before or after the address, or the form will not accept your address.


If you have other addresses that you own and would like to make sure we never mail them, feel free to repeat the process for each address, but not all at the same time or else we will be unable to remove your address from our systems.


GMAIL USERS - Please be aware that you have two addresses. @gmail.com and @googlemail.com. To ensure that we do not continue to contact you, kindly check the bottom of the email you received from us and it will show you the exact email address that we used to contact you. Entering your @gmail.com address in the box below will not also remove the @googlemail.com version.

Frequently asked questions

1. Will I be removed from the lists immediately?

We will manually suppress your address from all of our sending systems within a maximum of 24 business hours of you submitting your email address. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays).


2. Will you give my email address to anyone else?

Once you have unsubscribed from Union Jack Digital and your email address has been removed from the system then we will never mail you again. We will share the list of unsubscribed addresses with our partner companies to ensure that they also remove your address on your behalf. We will not pass your email address to anyone that will then use it for mailing purposes.


3. How did you get my email address?

Most of the time people sign up to websites and don't read the Terms & Conditions - myself included. The majority of these T&Cs will include a section about allowing your records to be used for marketing purposes, thus by accepting them you are "opting in" to receive post/emails/SMS/phone calls. We are supplied with this opted in data and use it for email marketing. Union Jack Digital is not setting out to be malicious, spammers or any other of the myriad of insults that get thrown our way from time to time - we're simply trying to send the right sort of emails to people who have asked for marketing emails. Everything we do is 100% legal, I promise.


4. Are you registered with the ICO?

Yes, indeed we are. Our registration number is ZA141656. What this means for you is that we are incredibly careful with your data, only storing it on very secure systems and not sharing it with anyone else.
